DELIVERY POLICY
At Ready Eat Go we deliver your weekly meal order on Sundays between 10am and 1pm, at a fee that ranges between $5 to $10 CAD depending on location.
We currently offer local delivery to most cities in Metro Vancouver. If your postal code is not showing up in the checkout page, please send us a message to readyeatgo@outlook.com, as we may be ready to expand our delivery radius.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
DELIVERY FOOD-SAFE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, and food-safe practices, we require that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the meals and refrigerate them immediately. If you are unable to receive the meals at the scheduled delivery timeframe, please let us know in advance. We can work together to find a solution.
We will never leave your meals at your door unattended, unless you specifically ask us to. However, if the meals are not refrigerated within 20min of delivery, they shall be considered non-consumable due to the high risk of bacteria growing in them. We do not offer refunds for meals or delivery fee at that point. PLEASE always communicate with us if you won't be home. We'll find an alternative.
